BOOKING AND CONFIRMATION

A booking is binding as soon as you have received a booking confirmation. This can be given orally, in writing or via the booking system. When booking, you must provide your name, postal address, email address, telephone number, as well as arrival and departure date. It is important that you provide your email address, as you will receive the confirmation of the reservation from us by e-mail. The invoice for your stay will also be sent via e-mail unless otherwise agreed.

To be able to book a room at Gjøvik Overnatting, you must be at least 18 years old.
If you book a room for a minor, you are responsible regardless of whether you are going to stay there with the minor or not.

 

CANCELLATION AND "NO-SHOWS"

Cancellation policies vary depending on the price / duration of your stay when booking.

A cancellation fee of 200 NOK is charged, regardless of how long it is for the stay.

 

If you do not show up and have not canceled in advance, or you cancel after kl. 12:00 on the day of arrival, you must pay 90% of your booked stay. (Applies to stays lasting from 1 day-> 1 week).

 

If you have booked a long-term stay, you must pay 60% of your booked stay if you cancel later than one week before the stay. If the hotel has incurred costs due to your booking, you will also have to cover these.
